Convince
A couple ways that I convince my family to let me do things is to compromise with them. Another is to tell them ill do something around the house or whatever if they let me do what I want to do. Sometime I give them money to let me do what I want.

Foxcon Relates To Oliver Twist
The company Foxcon produces many Apply Products such as; IPhone, Ipad, Ipod. Foxcon does produce these extravagant products but at what cost to the workers? From what I’ve seen is that Foxcon doesn't treat the workers like they should. The workers work in extremely poor conditions. They also don't get paid near enough money to endure what they endure on and everyday basis. Some even commit suicide because they don't want to work in these conditions any longer.
The Novel Oliver Twist can be related to Foxcon in many ways. They can be related because In the book Oliver Twist the owners slave drive their workers (That Are Children) to produce more product. But they don't get paid, and don't get fed very much, and there living conditions are worse than what a dog lives in. This is basically the same as Foxcon. In Foxcon the workers (Some under age) live around construction and demolition. They also work with a polishing agent that is very toxic, but the building that they work in doesn't have adequate ventilation. Some workers at Foxcon even commit suicide because they don't want to work any longer in these conditions. Foxcon treats their workers like this because the less they pay their workers and the less they use on wellbeing then the more profit they make for all their products they produce.
The reason Foxcon is doing treating their workers like worthless animals is because the less money Foxcon must fork out to take care of their workers equals more profit for the company and the CEO's. In my opinion I think that this is morally and ethically wrong. No human being should be treated like an animal and treated like one also. I would honestly pay more for an apple product, knowing that the workers would be treated much better than they do know. But I don't think that Foxcon would take that risk. They would rather treat their workers like animals and make more money than treat their workers right and make a little less money.

Oliver Twist
Conflict means to have a disagreement or have a different opinion on a topic. The reason authors put conflict in our books is to make the book more interesting. Conflict makes the book more interesting by providing a base topic that the author can make more and more examples out of. Some of the conflicts can be Man Vs. Man, and Man Vs. Man is a physical altercation between to humans. Man Vs. Self is when one person has a conflict with them self and can decide on something. Man Vs. Society is when a human has a conflict with our community. Man Vs. Nature is when a human has a conflict with our environment. Some example from the book Oliver Twist are as follows;
- An example of Man Vs. Self would be that Oliver has to over come his feelings of being an orphan and not having a mother or father.
- An example of Man vs. Society would be Oliver being blamed for things that he didn't do because of his appearance.

Oliver Twist Chapter 4
In Chapter 4 of Oliver Twist I analyzed that the beatle is trying to send Oliver to "Sea". But then the Undertaker needs to sell the beatle coffens and the Undertaker is trying to make more money off of the beatle so the bealte says that he will give the undertaker extra money if he takes Oliver Twist with him. After the undertaker takes Oliver, we would think that they would treat Oliver better but they don't treat him any better than the beatle did.
Next is to compare the spark notes version and the books details.
Next is to compare the spark notes version and the books details.
- The book gives more details than sparknotes. Sparknotes only gives a general overview of the chapters. And the book gives all the detail.
- Sparknotes is should only be used if you need a refresher of the chapters.

Victorian Age
Some themes that we mention in the video were advancements, technology, Communication. Advancement plays a role is when they had to change the sewer ways so that the pipes didn't empty into the river and contaminate the river. Technology had a huge part in the Victorian Age, because they had to change the way they lived or the way they acted. Communication also plays a part in this story because people must communicate with each other, and they must change the way they communicate with each other as time goes on.

- The First Rule would be that if the rich people make more or equal to $500,000 then they must donate 20% of there earnings to the poor.
- The Second Rule would be that the rich must donate all of there old possessions to the poor before they are allowed to buy new things.
- The Third Rule would be that the rich must spend some part of there day helping the poor learn and anything else that they would need help with.

South Pole Exploration
If I was able to travel to the South Pole I would like to choose many people with the combined skills that could easily help us survive in the harsh environment. Since we have to choose just one person, then i would have to choose my father. My father is an extreme outdoors man, and could do just about anything that would be need to survive. The harsh environment would be extremely testing on our bodies. We would have to kill animals to stay alive. If we killed a very large animal then we could use the fat and blubber from that animal to stay warm.
